Rhona and Stuart married at Norwich Castle and their reception was held at the Dunston Hall Hotel. This venue is about 2-3 miles south of Norwich.

In October 2018 I attended Rhona and Stuarts’s marriage. Unfortunately the weather on the day was one of the worst I have ever experienced. It rained constantly all day. This was made even worse because the day before and the day afterwards were both glorious.
This was a small intimate occasion with around 20 guests. Rhona and Stuart purchased a 3 hour package from me.
I had to adapt Rhona’s list of requirements to the weather conditions. We discussed various options on the day and the results were pleasing.
I commenced work at the Castle 15 minutes before the ceremony. After the ceremony we decided to take most of the photos indoors at the reception venue.
On receiving her images, Rhona sent an email to me stating “Yes the weather was annoying especially as the weather either side of Saturday was lovely. It certainly didn’t dampen our spirits and the photos are still excellent”.
Dunston Hall Hotel
I have visited this venue, an Elizabethan style mansion on many different occasions. This includes various assignments including an engagement photo shoot and a prom event. The staff are always very helpful and welcoming.
It is a beautiful place to marry with 150 acres of wooded parkland. So on a lovely summer’s day there are lots of opportunities to get some superb photos.
The venue also has co-ordinators who can assist you plan. They will create a day that is unique to you. They can also help you to find other suppliers.
Parking is free and easy with 500 spaces. This is very helpful because parking in the City of Norwich is sometimes difficult and very expensive.
