Catherine House is run by Karen and William from their family home. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate. Furthermore, this holiday accommodation in picturesque Suffolk, has 4 bedrooms, a guest lounge and a breakfast room with bifold doors leading into the lovely garden. All rooms have digital showers, freeview television, free Wi-Fi, hairdryers, hot drinks and biscuits.
At the bottom of the garden is The Lodge, a self catering property designed for wheelchair users and the less mobile. The property with parking also has a king sized bed and en-suite walk in wet room plus a open plan sitting room with kitchen. The sitting room / kitchen has a sofa bed, TV and a dining table. Furthermore, the kitchen has modern facilities including a fridge, freezer, hob, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer.
From Catherine House it is a short walk into the centre of the town. The Quay is an ideal place for a fun family photo shoot. Beccles on the River Waveney is a convenient location to visit The Norfolk and Suffolk Broads. This is an area that has National Park status.
A short drive away is the busy coastal resort of Great Yarmouth, the lovely seaside town of Lowestoft and picturesque Southwold. The Suffolk Coast is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The RSPB site at Minsmere is about 15 miles from Beccles.
Also a short drive away is the fine City of Norwich. Norwich has 2 shopping malls (Castle Mall and Chapelfield), an outdoor provision market, The Lanes with lots of independent shops, 2 cathedrals, a castle and some historic cobbled streets such as Elm Hill.
